Adreeonah Mundy

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 3 years of experience working as a post adoption specialist and 5 years as a therapist in community behavioral health serving children, adolescents, and families. Recently, I became a certified enneagram coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including spirituality, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adjustment issues, family issues, PTSD, ODD, Bipolar, DMDD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced childhood trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm and explorative. I am a Christian and will gladly incorporate tenants of the faith if asked to do so specifically. Bible scriptures and prayer are offered if welcomed. I believe in treating anyone with respect, dignity, compassion, and grace. My objective is to listen well, empathize, and walk alongside you to assist you in unlocking the answers that already lie buried within. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and solution-focused techniques. However, I use discernment and listen to the needs of my clients to determine which set of tools and techniques will work best. There is no one size fits all approach. It takes courage and commitment to wholeness and healing to seek help to become the best version of yourself you could ever imagine.
