Hi there! My name is Adrianna Restiano and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York for 5 years, while providing services under supervision for an additional 2. My experience includes working with people struggling with issues including (but not limited to) crisis, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships and adjustments to life changes. While working with me you can expect a lot of listening, compassion, and goal-oriented work to help you achieve what you set out to improve. Counseling can be scary at first, but rest-assured that I will be there to guide you through the necessary steps and help you start to feel better about the issues you may be struggling with, while also making sure you feel safe and secure in yourself.
