Adrienne Troutman

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My counseling style is rooted in solution-focused therapy in order to help my clients to learn how to help themselves. I think that building a trusting relationship and rapport with my clients is just as important as the counseling session itself. By building this relationship I can tailor my dialogue and approach to the style best suited for my client. It takes courage to reach out for someone to talk to and I believe therapy is for everyone!
