Hello! I am a mental health counselor licensed in the state of Florida. I have been fully licensed for 5 years, however I have over 8 years of experience in the counseling field. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, body image, eating disorders, trauma, parenting issues, and attachment. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and supportive. I combine the counseling styles of cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, and mindfulness.
