About Ali Levesque's service

“When things are shaky and nothing is working, we might realize that we are on the verge of something.” -Pema Chödrön Greetings! I am Ali Schultz Levesque, a licensed clinical therapist. I hold dual Master’s degrees in psychology and music as well as having the designation of Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My areas of focus include Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Serious Emotional Disturbance, Self-Harm, and Autism Spectrum differences. I enjoy helping clients to develop the skills they need to be successful and to lead healthy, empowered lives. In my clinical practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help my clients to achieve their goals and to navigate difficult times. I use a client-centered approach and practice unconditional positive regard as a means to create a safe place for exploration of trauma and difficult topics.
