I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Tennessee. I have over 16 years of experience supporting people through crisis, grief/loss, adjustment to health changes, caregiver challenges and coping with anxiety and depression. My style is warm, compassionate, accepting and collaborative. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
