Alison Ekwena

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Iowa with extensive experience working with children, teens, families and individuals. I enjoy working with individuals to overcome obstacles that limit happiness, relationships and success. I work with issues of stress and anxiety, depression, adhd, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I also have experience in helping families adjust to adoption, foster care, and blended families. It takes courage to move forward and seek help and shows a strong desire for positive changes toward a more fulfilling and happier life. Understanding how our history and experiences in the past may be positively or negatively impacting progress is often part of that process. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
