About Aliyah Banister's service

Hi! My name is Aliyah Banister and I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I’ve worked with hundreds of youth, adults, couples, and families. In 2010, I received my master’s from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in Clinical Social Work. I currently specialize with children, youth, and families. My clients have struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, divorce, relationship conflict, identity, etc. My approach to counseling is eclectic as well as holistic. My aim is to help my clients understand their past, how it may affect their present, and develop coping mechanisms to foster a brighter future. It takes a lot of guts to reach out for help. I commend you for that. I’m also so happy you are thinking about seeking some advice or considering making a positive change. I look forward to working together to reach your goals!
