Allison Dempsey

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Since 2012, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I combine a person-centered approach with solution-focused therapy. In working with me, you will experience an empathic soul who believes you are able to solve your own problems. I am here to make sense of the patterns in your life holding you back. Once you can see the patterns, identifying and pursuing a solution becomes much easier. I have worked with parents, children, individuals, and couples.
