Allison O'Dell

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri with over 17 years of experience working as a therapist. I received my Bachelor of Science in 1995 from Missouri Southern State University and a Master of Social Work in 2002 from Missouri State University. I have managed my own private practice working with ages 3 to adult, taught social work courses at the university, and worked in hospital settings providing social work services and therapy to terminally ill patients and seniors suffering from depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with a variety of populations. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with dignity and respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, patient centered, solution focused and others to develop a treatment plan to meet your unique goals. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, children’s issues, teen issues, and grief and loss.
