I am licensed in Vermont with 8 years of professional work experience. I am a mindfulness nature based somatic therapist. How can I be drawn to working in this electronic modality as a nature and body based therapist? Because a real connection can be made using video and chat platforms! I have been working online through the pandemic and have seen what can be accomplished! I have experience in helping clients learn practices and techniques to work with stress , anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, trauma and abuse.
