I obtained my Master’s degree from Liberty University. I have received additional training in TF-CBT, EMDR, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol and Drug use. I have experience working with Children, Youth, Adults and Older Adults. Some therapeutic techniques that I use include EMDR, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Existential therapy, Relaxation and Psycho-education. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, family/couple conflicts, depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, abandonment issues, sexual issues, and personality issues to name a few. I am calm and compassionate without being judgmental. If you are reaching out to Betterhelp, you are now facing some challenges in your life. I am here to help you, as your helping guide. I know it can seem scary and make you feel that you are alone; however, it does not have to be. As your therapist, I will help you navigate through each step as you become more comfortable in the therapeutic process. I want you to feel comfortable as you begin this therapeutic journey. I will work with you to help you become successful in achieving your mental health goal.
