I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. My approach to therapy is to integrate holistic, trauma-informed, and evidenced-based treatments to counseling. I also utilizes EMDR as a way to help clients work through difficult memories that may be influencing current functioning and their ability to become “unstuck” from their trauma.
