Hi, my name is Amber, I am so happy that you are taking time to learn about me and how I can help you find balance and joy in your life. I am a mother, wife and runner living in recovery. After a long battle with drug and alcohol addiction I worked hard to find meaning and happiness in my life and I can say, I have found it! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota. I have worked with individuals in various stages of life with a wide range of concerns. I specialize in working with individuals to achieve their full potential. Through compassionate care and unconditional positive regard I meet each individual where they are and help them find what they are seeking. In my most recent work I have focused on treatment of trauma and related symptoms through DBT and EMDR. I like to maintain an environment of safety, with open communication.
