Sometimes in life we just need extra help in dealing with struggles we are experiencing. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience, I am here to help you progress forward, to help you to reach your goals, and to help you as you move towards your next level in life. I believe in working with you in a respectful, warm, compassionate, realistic and nonjudgmental manner. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy. As we work on the treatment plan, you may have some homework to do that will enable you to practice new strategies. Tools will be given to you during therapy. We will work together so you will become stronger and be empowered to experience the best part of yourself.
