I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy. As we work on the treatment plan, you may have some homework to do that will enable you to practice new strategies. Tools will be given to you during therapy. We will work together so you will become stronger and be empowered to experience the best part of yourself.
