Amy Brent

Amy Brent is a highly experienced therapist who holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. With a compassionate and directive strengths-based approach, Amy has been practicing therapy since 2012. She specializes in using a Mindfulness based modality, while also incorporating attachment theory and neurobiology-based psychoeducation into her practice. Amy has extensive experience in helping individuals navigate relationship issues and improve self-esteem. Her areas of expertise include reducing negative self-talk, managing mood instability, addressing irrational beliefs, and alleviating anxiety. Amy is dedicated to assisting her clients in building the life they desire.
