About Amy Neighbors's service

I am licensed in Arkansas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages. I am trained in treating clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. As a practicing therapist, I devote a portion of my time continuing to learn and develop therapeutic skills and modalities to better serve all clients. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I approach each client as a person and work with holistic approach. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. Therapy can be uncomfortable and a little scary at first, but reaching out is the first step!
