About Amy Park's service

I am a therapist and social worker living and working in the Baltimore, MD area. For the past 15 years, I’ve been working with people with different backgrounds and experiences who are managing the challenges of balancing work and relationships. I have worked with many individuals with concerns around drug and/or alcohol use. I have also helped people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have a deep respect for individuals who have the courage to enter therapy, and I support each client to identify and move toward accomplishing their unique goals. I see therapy as an opportunity to help you recognize the strength and resilience you already possess, and put those skills and qualities to work to create the life you envision for yourself. My approach is warm and conversational, and I pull from various approaches that include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
