I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of South Carolina. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have experience working with teens and adults with various issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, loss and grief, career issues and mood disorders. I specialize in working with all ages with trauma. My therapeutic approach is one with kindness and warmth. You will find no judgement with me! I have experience with several treatment modalities including EMDR, TFCBT, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
