Ana Sanches

Ana Sanches is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the mental health field. She obtained her graduate degree in social work from Texas A&M Commerce and her undergraduate degree in social work from Texas Woman’s University. With five years of experience in the psychiatric hospital setting, Ana specializes in treating various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, and co-dependency. As a therapist, Ana aims to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can process their emotions, gain insight, and take steps towards regaining control over their lives.
