Ana Tamez is a Licensed Professional Therapist based in Texas, with extensive experience in the mental health field. With a Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from UTRGV, Ana has dedicated six years to helping individuals and their families of all ages. Her diverse background includes working in youth and family services, an unaccompanied minor shelter, and most recently, a behavioral hospital. Ana’s treatment approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower clients to make positive changes in their lives. In her free time, Ana enjoys reading, working out, and spending quality time with her four-year-old dog.
