I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years working with children, adolescents, and adults un individual and family settings as a therapist, behaviorist, mentor, and life coach. I have loved the opportunity of helping people find their way through life’s challenges including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, grief and loss, adjustment, adoption and infertility, traumatic brain injuries, and personal achievement. Although life can be difficult at times, it has the potential to be a much more rewarding and enjoyable journey when you understand and develop the skills necessary to build healthy relationships, overcome personal challenges and learn how to navigate life’s transitions.
