I am an Argentinian Psychologist with 18+ years of experience. I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida where I provide bilingual services in English and Spanish. I do clinical work with adults and adolescents as well as coaching oriented to high performance, quality of life and change of habits towards a healthier more fulfilling life. I offer psychotherapy and a combined methodology of disciplines that have proven throughout the years to be highly effective towards the improvement of anxiety, panic attack, depression and many other disorders and symptoms as well as an improvement of self esteem, energy levels, better sleep, better concentration and focus and overall wellness. I incorporate hundreds of techniques in body intelligence, breathing and mind. I’ve witnessed in my patients the construction of new ways of being and relating to themselves and others. Putting light into complex, deep seated emotional and relational problems that are having direct impact in their everyday life. Helping them conquer awareness and confidence to make choices that can gradually lead to a higher level of clarity, freedom and fulfillment.
