I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 6 years of experience. I work with couples, families, and individuals. I believe in the systemic lens. We do not exist in our own isolated bubbles, but rather are affected by everything that goes on around us. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and more. My style is person centered, warm, and focused on ensuring you are getting the help you need to accomplish your treatment goals. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Narrative therapy, DBT, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
