England stoicism expects us to “be strong” and “self- sufficient” pushing that pain deep inside. At one point or another, we are all the victims of problematic thinking and struggle to maintain balance in life. You don’t need a pervasive mental illness or diagnosis to benefit from counseling. If you’re tired of being stuck, let’s change that. My goal is for my clients to find camaraderie to work through life’s challenges. I do not sit as an expert handing down edicts on how to live life, I don’t pretend to know you better than you know yourself. I see my role as someone who helps you figure out what is truly bothering you, and collaborate to find solutions.
