I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma and Crises in 2016 and licensed in New York State. I am an individual who is constantly trying to evolve in and with knowledge, and improve myself as a person which ultimately helps with my professional development in my career. I’m a licensed mental health clinician who specializes in trauma and crises. I have worked with individuals dealing with traumas of all kinds, and its emotional impact. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) tools and techniques to help facilitate change in thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I practice and provide online therapy services through use of the Telehealth system. I have experience working with first responders for over 3 years in my time in the field. It is my sole purpose to help assist and guide those who are struggling and in search of new perspectives, coping skills and behaviors. Normalizing our return to societal living after living through the pandemic is something many are struggling with. It has additionally impacted people of all ages with emotional dysregulation ranging from anxiety, depression, grief & traumas. Working around the symptomology of these feelings, processing thoughts and emotions can be a major step forward in healing, coping and normalizing.
