I am a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida), NCC (National Certified Counselor), and MCAP (Master’s Level Addiction Professional). I have many years of experience providing therapy and support to clients with psychological, emotional, mental, and interpersonal difficulties including clients with substance abuse problems and victims of domestic violence. I have a wide experience working with people who present concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, addictions, and abuse. My counseling style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I am dedicated to provide a safe, warm, and supportive atmosphere. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, person centered, humanistic, and motivational interviewing. I integrate holistic principles (mind, body, and spirit) to help clients reach their goals and develop their full potential. I believe that personal growth and a fulfilling life is possible if you heal your whole self. I help clients to discover and use the power of their own inner strengths to make a life transformation. I promote a collaborative work between therapist and client, and develop the treatment plan based on the client’s individual goals and needs. Sometimes, it is difficult to accept that there is an issue and look for help. However, if you feel ready to take the first step towards a life change, I encourage you to seek for services. Please, feel free to reach out!!!
