Angela Montez

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges and substance abuse. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse. My therapy style is creating a safe, non-judgmental approach to building a therapeutic relationship. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Client-Centered and Solution Focused Therapy. We will work together to build meaningful and attainable goals and identify your strengths.
