Taking the first step of signing up for therapy is courageous. I am honored to join you in this part of your journey. I am licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Virginia with three decades of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients cope with addictions, career challenges, exploring authentic self, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with compassion fatigue. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work directly with my clients to establish a schedule of appointments. This means my availability is not seen on the BetterHelp calendar. Also, since migrating onto the telehealth platform, I have noticed it is a good idea for me to schedule “no screen” time in my calendar– this has become essential for my well-being and ability to remain fully present with my clients.
