I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in AZ with over 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. I have 5 years of experience as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma and Stress related disorders, as well as Substance Related disorders. I have also worked with individuals with a serious mental illness designation. My counseling style is friendly and non-judgmental. My approach combines client centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused counseling.
