About Ann Keith's service

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas and New Mexico with over 14 years of experience in community and healthcare settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adult life transitions and victims of emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. The temple I see in your eyes is the same temple in mine. I believe deep emotional work can get done with mutual respect and compassion. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, ACT, humanistic and psychodynamic therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment to meet you where you are on your life journey. It takes curiosity and courage to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change. You are, in fact, your own change agent. If you are ready to take that step, it will be my honor to support and bear witness to your journey. I look forward to working with you!
