A persons past trauma history can change how a person experiences life after a trauma. Trauma can lead to addiction, anxiety, dysfunctional relationships, and a host of other problems in ones life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has the experience in working with survivors of homicide, addiction, veterans, airline employees, young adults, and older adults. I am here to help you work through your trauma in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere, and to teach you coping skills to help you through your trauma. I understand your needs and I am here to help you realize your full potential in life. In addition, I am a certified Yoga teacher. The information I have learned in yoga can assist in helping clients heal from their past trauma experiences.
