Hi there! I’m grateful you’re here and would love the chance to get to know you more. I’ve been working in the field of social services for 10 years and as a mental health professional for 6. I have experience working with individuals suffering from stress and anxiety, interpersonal/relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, along with other concerns. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and largely rooted in attachment theory. While working together I will do my best to treat you and your story with utmost compassion. I view every person as an individual, and it’s important to me to create an open and safe environment where feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step towards a more fulfilling life takes courage. Know that you’re not alone because I’ll be here to support you along the way.
