I am a licensed therapist in Texas, bringing 23 years of professional experience to my practice. My pronouns are she/her. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to assisting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am also passionate about providing support for LGBTQ+-related issues, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, marriage and relationship challenges, and family conflicts, as well as coping with death, grief, and pet loss. In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I am a certified laughter yoga instructor.
