In life, there are times we find ourselves in places we didn’t expect, such as: job loss, career fatigue, postpartum depression, lack of direction or goals, experiencing infertility, or the loss of someone precious and dear to you. Life is hard and we all need guidance and support along the way. Therapy is a great tool to help you figure out how to move forward. With me, you will find a curious, warm, empathetic listener, who wants to support and provide insight as you respond to your current life’s challenges. I am a licensed therapist who believes that transformation comes when we are able to experience a trusting environment of love and understanding. I have a total of 12 years experience as a therapist. Over the last decade, I have worked in school, hospital, and private practice settings. I work with adults, adolescents and families dealing with anxiety, depression, racial trauma, and transition of life issues, relationship issues, cultural identity, career support needs, infertility, identity development, and more.
