You are not alone; I am a licensed therapist in Ohio and am committed to providing therapeutic interventions that empower and enhance the lives of individual clients and their families. I have experience with treating anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, relationship issues, trauma, grief, emotion management, addiction, autism, LGBTQ issues, spirituality, and self-esteem. I approach therapy from a person centered, trauma informed model of care in order to assist clients in their personal journey. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
