Ashley Crank

Ashley Crank is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience working as an adolescent and family therapist in Texas and Oklahoma. She obtained her Master’s in Education, specializing in Community Counseling, from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. Throughout her career, Ashley has worked in various settings, including inpatient treatment, therapeutic foster care, and the school system. She has worked with clients ranging from 4-year-olds to adults, addressing a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger management, severe neglect, abuse, PTSD, as well as family and parenting problems. Ashley’s counseling style is empathetic, and she values collaboration with her clients, meeting them where they are while challenging them when they are ready. She integrates Trust Based Relational Interventions, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness counseling in her approach. Ashley is flexible in adjusting techniques and styles based on her clients’ specific needs and the feedback received from the therapeutic relationship. She acknowledges the bravery it takes to seek counseling and believes that by working together, significant progress can be made in overcoming challenges.
