About Ashley McCullough's service

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Vermont with about nine years of experience supporting people across the lifespan. I have worked with children, families and adults navigating challenges with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, abuse, as well as people grappling with thoughts of suicide and/or homicide. My approach is client-centered and strengths based, using a narrative and solution focused approach, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. Each one of us is the expert of our own story. I believe people innately possess resiliency and have the skills, tools and strengths within to heal. I strive to meet each person where they are at, while creating a respectful and positive space together in order to support you achieving your goals. I am looking forward to meeting you and supporting your journey!
