About Ashton Taylor's service

Hello and welcome! My name is Ashton Taylor and I am a licensed, Master’s Level Social Worker. I’m so glad you’ve taken the first step in your therapy journey. I know for so many, the idea of therapy can be very scary, but I strongly believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from talking to a therapist! After completing my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Western Michigan University, I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at Wayne State University. I work with individuals with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress management, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, self esteem and relationship problems. I am passionate about helping clients meet their therapeutic goals and do so by incorporating a wide range of treatment methods including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, behavior modification, client centered therapy and solution focused treatment.
