Autumn Collings is a licensed family and marriage therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), and Drug and alcohol counselor (LCDC) based in Texas. With extensive experience in both residential treatment settings and private practice, Autumn has worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, OCD, ODD, addiction, and trauma. Autumn takes an interactive approach to therapy, providing clients with the tools they need to empower themselves and face life’s challenges. She believes in the importance of listening to her clients’ voices, ensuring they feel respected and understood. Autumn’s therapeutic approach incorporates elements of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Structural, Narrative, and solution-focused interventions. However, she recognizes the importance of individualizing treatment plans to meet the unique emotional needs of each client. Autumn understands that seeking help requires courage, and she is dedicated to supporting and challenging her clients to help them achieve their goals of empowerment.
