Life isn’t always fair; sometimes a person can feel defeated. Healing doesn’t always come easy and sometimes it is hard to reach out. With that said when we humans come together and feel supported, a tremendous transformation can begin. Healing can and does happen; hearts mend, souls calm, minds rest and individuals rejuvenate. In the mean time we manage with a little help. I have over 20 years experience providing counseling in the mental health field with over 10 years experience as a licensed clinical psychologist providing services across all levels of care. I graduated from Alliant International University in 2006 with my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have worked for the State of California, in Guam, in private practice, and I have been providing online services since before they were very well known as well! My theoretical orientation is integrated, I am seasoned, and I combine therapeutic modalities to fit your needs including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, as well as many from the more psychodynamic areas. The measure of which is adjusted by what is the best fit for you. After an initial intake, it becomes natural, and your general conversational style and likes + dislikes will guide the way.
