About Dr. Barry Snow's service

I am a clinical health psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals with chronic pain, illness , stress, anxiety/depression and related concerns . I have worked in both hospital as well as private practice settings. My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral . This approach means examining the thoughts you have and how they relate to your behavior. I believe that everyone has strengths that can be used in their journey to health. I incorporate elements of hypnosis, biofeedback and nutritional supplementation, which I have had extensive training in, with the goal of empowering individuals in their life. Thus, we may also focus on adopting a healthy lifestyle that accompanies changes in your mood and behavior. I look forward to working with you and using your strengths as well as new skills to improve your life.
