Bethany Kulp

Bethany Kulp is a highly experienced therapist with over 20 years of providing behavioral health services. She believes in empowering her clients through emotional support, gaining insight, and learning coping skills to challenge beliefs and thoughts that increase suffering. With a collaborative, compassionate, and goal-directed counseling style, Bethany utilizes mindfulness, cognitive approaches, and somatic therapies to help clients access their body’s intrinsic healing capabilities. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner since 2015, she integrates these skills into her practice and is also trained in Integral Somatic Psychology. Bethany is an empathetic listener who teaches, gently challenges, inspires, motivates, and encourages clients to come to their own conclusions. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting changes in their lives.
