For the past 8 years, I have enjoyed my work as a licensed counselor in North Carolina. In our time together, I want to hear from you and explore your wish. What would be different if you felt less depressed or more self-confident? What if you found a place for your anxiety so that it didn’t rule your life? I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
