I am a licensed psychotherapist with 14 years’ experience supporting clients in improving their mood, taking charge of their lives, and achieving their goals. My experience includes working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, tobacco/smoking/vaping cessation, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, boundaries, relationship difficulties, and finding purpose and meaning. I use a variety of psychotherapy models based on who I am working with, their needs and what they want. I have training in substance use disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution oriented, problem solving, and various family systems approaches.
