About Brandie Rajk-Winter's service

I’m a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of counseling experience. I’ve worked with countless people facing multiple challenges throughout all stages of life. I tend to lean in for those dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, postpartum or building self-worth, but have had many other opportunities personally and professionally based. If at all helpful to the process, I draw from awareness of living with grief after loss. I take a person centered approach to each individual. Another way to describe it is that I meet people where they’re at. Regardless of past experiences, if you aren’t ready to go there, we won’t. I find making a connection far more rewarding in the therapeutic alliance and as comfort grows, we tread where needed and at your pace. I am a connector, a listener, a motivator and a supportive guide throughout the entire process.
