Brandy Frizzell is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong background in social and mental health services. With extensive experience in State funded mental health, Brandy has specialized in providing crisis intervention for individuals affected by trauma and crisis. She has worked in various therapeutic settings, including community, clinic, inpatient extended observation unit, and currently operates a private practice. Brandy is dedicated to mental health advocacy and believes that crisis does not have to define one’s life. She is committed to partnering with clients on their healing journey towards purpose, helping them overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, codependency, addiction, mood disorders, and interpersonal challenges. Brandy provides an authentic and safe space for rigorous honesty and tender care, ensuring that her clients feel humanized, dignified, and heard. She utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and core beliefs that may hinder healthy thoughts and relationships.
