Hi, I’m Brian. Thanks for reaching out for help. As a social worker, I’ve been helping all different kinds of people for many years–from volunteering at a crisis counseling center to caring for adults with severe mental health conditions. My approach is pretty simple: YOU are the expert on you. In other words, I’m not here to tell you what’s wrong with you. I’m here to listen to your story and help you identify your own strengths so you can live a more fulfilled, productive life. This person-centered approach emphasizes treating people with dignity, compassion and respect. But enough about me. I’d enjoy the opportunity to hear your story.
