Bridget Camarillo

Bridget Camarillo is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMurry University and a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Big Country Counseling Association, Texas Counseling Association, American Counseling Association, and the Texas Sandtray Association. Bridget is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prepare and Enrich™. With experience in various settings such as inpatient mental health treatment, trauma, university counseling centers, and crisis intervention, Bridget specializes in treating issues such as trauma and complex PTSD, childhood issues, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, low self-esteem and identity, premarital and marriage, and highly sensitive persons (HSPs). Bridget takes an eclectic approach to counseling, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique circumstances and utilizing Sandtray Therapy when appropriate. She is dedicated to providing a validating and empathetic environment to promote healing and growth towards her clients’ goals.
