Bridget Glass

I believe all individuals possess innate strengths and skills to foster happy and healthy lives. As a therapist, it is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they process pain, build resiliency, and experience the joys and struggles that occur on their unique journeys toward growth and change. My approach toward counseling is open and collaborative, as I am committed to helping others explore and attain their goals. Additionally, building relationships with clients is a critical aspect of my work, as it is incredibly important to feel a sense of security and trust with a therapist. My therapeutic work has spanned across the developmental landscape ranging from toddlerhood through later stages of life. I have over 13 years of experience as a therapist and educator helping individuals develop strategies for brighter, more connected futures. I have particular experience with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, divorce, abuse, grief, adjustment, trauma, and women’s issues. I have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Play therapy interventions. Additionally, I have received training in both Mental Health, as well as, Marriage, Family, and Couple Counseling at the Master and Doctoral levels. I have a deep respect and understanding of the barriers that may face individuals who attempt to transform their lives. As partners, it is my mission to help clients identify and create new paths so that they may find hopefulness in the possibilities that tomorrow may hold.
